"Not received" can mean three distinct things:

  1. No tx hash yet — the withdrawal is still on the operator's side and has not been broadcast. Block-explorer searches return nothing at this stage.
  2. Tx hash exists, status pending — broadcast but not yet confirmed by miners. Usually clears within minutes.
  3. Tx hash confirmed, but funds not in your wallet — the recipient address received the transaction on-chain, but your wallet UI may take time to refresh or the receiving exchange is still processing the inbound deposit.

The remaining delay is then on the wallet or exchange side. A UI cache, a missing token contract, or an inbound deposit queue at your exchange can each delay credit on your end.

There is no transaction hash on my Stake withdrawal. What does that mean?
