Cloudbet Bitcoin withdrawal — audit profile

We have not run a first-party withdrawal test on Cloudbet for the Bitcoin rail, and we do not currently observe an attributed payout wallet for this operator on this network. There are two paths by which this page becomes populated:

• An attributed payout wallet on Bitcoin is added to our tracking system (via Arkham Intelligence or a public block-explorer name tag, human-verified). When that happens, this page will show observed on-chain settlement aggregates with verify-by-explorer links — Tier B evidence.
• A first-party Level A withdrawal test is conducted on Cloudbet Bitcoin (deposit, wager-to-clear, withdraw, four timestamps, redacted transaction hash). When that happens, this page will show measured approval time, settlement time, total payout time, and a verifiable on-chain receipt.
